高强度冻胶体系的室内研究

摘    要:使用聚合物冻胶对注水井进行调剖是油田实现控水稳产的一项重要措施。室内研制了一种以部分水解聚丙烯酰胺、有机铬和水溶性酚醛为主剂的冻胶体系。在65℃条件下考察了主剂浓度、矿化度、温度、pH值、热稳定剂等对体系成胶性能的影响。结果表明,该体系在矿化度<16 000 mg/L、温度<80℃、pH值为6~8时,生成的冻胶突破真空压力达到0.070 MPa以上。由岩心封堵试验得到,该冻胶体系对模拟岩心的封堵率>96%,突破压力梯度>34 MPa/m。

Abstract:Using polymer gel to control the water content ratio and to extend the period of stabilized production is an important measurement in oil field in recent years.A gel system,which consisted of HPAM,organic chromium,water soluble phenolic resin and etc,was developed in laboratory.Effect of concentration of main agent,salinity,temperature,pH,heat stabilizer on performance of system were studied at 65 ℃.The results showed that the formed gel could present high strength when salinity below 16 000 mg/L,temperature under 80 ℃,pH between 6 and 8.The core plugging experiment showed that the plugging rate of cores was over 96% and the breakthrough pressure gradient for these cores was over 34 MPa/m.
