喷射钢纤维混凝土性能试验研究

摘    要: 通过不同的配合比和掺入不同体积率的钢纤维混凝土来进行对比,利用抗压、劈裂抗拉和抗折试验分析钢纤维混凝土的性能。结果表明,水灰比为0.5的钢纤维混凝土抗压、抗折、抗拉强度分别比未加钢纤维混凝土提高了10.3%、9.6%和33.5%,水灰比为0.6的钢纤维分别提高了33.8%、10.8%和8.4%;而对于不同掺量的比较中,掺量较高的混凝土强度提高要高一些。由此可见,在不同的水灰比和不同的掺量下对混凝土的性能会产生不同的影响,但总体看来钢纤维能够提高喷射混凝土的抗压强度和劈裂抗拉强度等性能,能够为地下工程提供更好的支护作用。

Experimental Study on Shot Steel Fiber Concrete Performances
Abstract:This experiment compares steel fiber concretes with different volume ratios and mixture ratios, and analyses their performances by compression, splitting tension and bending tests. The result shows that the compressive, flexural, tensile strength of steel fiber concrete whose water cement ratio is up to 0.5 are respectively increased by 10.3%, 9.6% and 33.5% than plain concrete while those of steel fiber concrete whose water cement ratio is 0.6 are increased by 33.8%, 10.8% and 8.4% respectively;during the compared concretes with different content of steel fiber, the relative strength of concrete with high content is higher. It shows that the factors, such as water cement ratio and content,affect differently on the concrete properties.Steel fiber can improve the compressive,splitting tensile strength and other properties for sprayed concrete, so it can provide a better support role in underground works.
