| 摘 要： | 随着旅游信息化的推进,智慧旅游的建设已经在各地兴起。智慧旅游能够带来显著的经济效益、社会效益和生态效益,但也对公共利益、社会传统文化和个人心理、企业和个人隐私等方面带来挑战。为此,要组织相关理论研究、加强技术研发与管理、促进企业诚信制度建设,以应对智慧旅游带来的伦理挑战。

| Abstract: | T his paper firstly analyzes thecurrent situation of smart tourism development at home and abroad ,and analyzes the concept of smart tourism .T hen analyzing the smart tourism of economic benefits ,social and ecological benefits ,and discuss ethical challenges Including the challenges of public interest ,social and cultural traditions and personal psychological challenges ,corporate and personal privacy challenges .Finally giving recommendations for the emerging ethical challenges . |
