医护患三位一体护理对下肢骨折并皮肤软组织缺损患者的应用效果

目的 探究医护患三位一体护理在下肢骨折并皮肤软组织缺损患者中的效果。方法 选取2021年 3月-2023年6月本院收治的76例下肢骨折并皮肤软组织缺损患者，按照随机数字表法分为参照组和观察 组，各38例。参照组采用常规护理，观察组采用医护患三位一体护理，比较两组恢复情况、创面愈合情 况、并发症发生率和护理满意度。结果 观察组新生肉芽组织生长时间、伤口愈合时间、住院时间短于参 照组，疼痛评分及瘢痕形成率低于参照组（P＜0.05）；观察组VSS各维度评分均低于参照组（P＜0.05）； 观察组并发症发生率为2.63%，低于参照组的15.79%（P ＜0.05）；观察组护理满意度各维度评分均高于参 照组（P＜0.05）。结论 医护患三位一体护理能促进下肢骨折并皮肤软组织缺损患者创面修复，降低并发 症发生率，提高护理满意度，值得临床应用。

Application Effect of Doctor-nurse-patient Trinity Nursing in Patients with Lower Limb Fracture and Skin and Soft Tissue Defect

Objective To explore the effect of doctor-nurse-patient trinity nursing in patients with lower limb fracture and skin and soft tissue defect. Methods A total of 76 patients with lower limb fractures and skin and soft tissue defects admitted to our hospital from March 2021 to June 2023 were selected and divided into reference group and observation group according to the random number table method, with 38 patients in each group. The reference group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given doctor-nurse-patient trinity nursing. The recovery, wound healing, complication rate and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results The growth time of new granulation tissue, wound healing time and hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the reference group, and the pain score and scar formation rate were lower than those in the reference group (P <0.05). The scores of each dimension of VSS in the observation group were lower than those in the reference group (P <0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group was 2.63%, which was lower than 15.79% in the reference group (P <0.05). The scores of each dimension of nursing satisfaction in the observation group were higher than those in the reference group (P <0.05). Conclusion Doctor-nurse-patient trinity nursing can promote wound repair, reduce the incidence of complications and improve nursing satisfaction in patients with lower limb fracture and skin and soft tissue defect, which is worthy of clinical application.
