摘    要:针对某轻型卡车在车速60 km/h左右车内存在严重的抖动问题,详细分析了振动的传递途径,制定了驾驶室悬置系统振动测试方案。测试分析结果表明:轮胎滚动频率与驾驶室悬置系统固有频率之间发生耦合以及前悬置隔振效果不佳等因素的共同作用是造成车内振动较大的主要原因。通过建立悬置系统多自由度动力学模型,并结合系统固有频率分布和振动能量解耦匹配等理论,提出了悬置系统参数优化设计方案,并对优化后的悬置样件重新进行了测试验证。测试结果表明:驾驶室振动大幅减小,车内舒适性明显提升。

Testing Analysis and Optimization of Cab Suspension Vibration for a Light Truck

Abstract:Aiming at an occurrence of serious vibration problem on a light truck at about the speed of 60 kin/h, the vibration transfer path was anal~ed in detail, and the experimental scheme was made to test the vibration of the cab suspension system. The test and analysis results show that the serious vibration inside the cab is mainly attributed to jointed actions of both the coupling between the frequency of tire roiling and the natural frequency of the cab suspension system, and the weak effect of vibration isolation of the front cab suspension. The optimization de- sign approaches of the smpension parameter were proposed according to the establishment of multi-degree of freedom dynamic model of the cab suspension system and the combination of the natural frequency distributing with the theory of vibration energy decoupling and matching. The optimized sample of cab suspension was retested and verified. The test results show that the cab vibration becomes very small, and the riding comfortableness is improved significantly.
