壳聚糖基小分子抗肿瘤药物纳米载体的制备研究进展

摘    要:阐述近年来壳聚糖基小分子抗肿瘤药物纳米载体的制备研究进展.从小分子抗肿瘤药物作用特点和剂型设计的目的 和手段出发,探讨了近年来国内制备壳聚糖基小分子抗肿瘤药物纳米载体的主要手段,即离子交联法和纳米胶束法.其中离子交联法以操作简便,条件温和而备受关注,纳米胶束法因载体溶解性能差异制备时又有透析法、自组装法和乳化-挥发法等之分.在此基础上,作者对该类载体提出了几点建议并展望.

Abstract:This paper summarized the preparation of the chitosan based nanometer carrier of small molecular anti- tumor drugs in recent years. From the pharmacological characteristics of small molecular antineoplastic drugs and pur- pose and means of dosage forms design, we discussed the domestic main means of the preparation of chitosan based nanometer carrier of smaU molecule antitumor drugs recent years, namely the ionic crosslinking method and nano mi- celle method. Ionic crosslinking method, with simple operation and mild conditions was closely watched, nanometer micelle preparation method based on the solubility property of carrier material was divided into:dialysis method, self- assembly method, and emulsion evaporation method, etc. On the basis, some suggestions and prospects of the carrier were put forward.
