补虚通窍汤治疗血管性痴呆的疗效观察

目的：观察补虚通窍汤法治疗血管性痴呆的临床疗效。方法：将64例血管性痴呆患者随机分为两组,32例对照组采用基础治疗和西药常规治疗,32例治疗组在此基础上加补虚通窍汤剂治疗,12周为一个疗程,治疗前后进行认知功能评定及日常生活活动能力评定,分别采用简易精神状态量表（MMSE）评定及Barthel指数评定。结果：治疗组治疗前、后认知功能评定（简易精神状态量表评定）和日常生活活动能力评定（Barthel指数评定）比较以及治疗后与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论：补虚通窍汤能显著改善血管性痴呆患者的认知功能,提高患者日常生活活动能力,提示补虚通窍法对血管性痴呆有良好临床疗效。

Efficacy observation on treating vascular dementia with the Buxu Tongqiao decoction

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of treating vascular dementia with the Buxu Tongqiao decoction.Methods:64 cases of vascular dementia patients were randomly divided into two groups,32 cases of control group,the basic treatment and conventional western medicine for treatment,on the basis of the control group,32 cases of treatment group was plus the Buxu Tongqiao decoction for treatment.12 weeks for a course,treatment before and after the evaluation of cognitive function and activities of daily living assessment,respectively,using the Mini-Mental State Examination(MMSE)assessment and the Barthel index.Results:The treatment group before and after treatment,the cognitive function assessment(assessment of the mini-mental state examination)and activities of daily living assessment(Barthel index assessment)after the comparison and treatment differences were statistically significant compared with the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:The Buxu Tongqiao decoction significantly improve cognitive function in patients with vascular dementia,improve patients’activities of daily living,The Buxu Tongqiao therapy have a good clinical efficacy of vascular dementia.
