重组人白介素－11用于化疗引起的口腔溃疡的临床疗效观察

目的：观察重组人白介素－11含漱对化疗引起的口腔溃疡的临床疗效。方法胃肠道中肿瘤化疗后口腔溃疡患者80例，随机平均分为治疗组40例，将重组人白介素－11加入生理盐水稀释后含漱治疗，4次／d；对照组40例，恶性肿瘤化疗引起的口腔溃疡，用生理盐水漱口，4次／d。比较两组患者治疗效果。结果局部使用重组人白介素－11漱口液对治疗化疗所致的口腔溃疡有显著效果，其中24例治愈、14例显效、有效率95％；对照组14例治愈、10例显效、有效率60％。两组比较，差异有统计学意义（χ2＝5.16，P＜0.05）。结论重组人白介素－11对治疗化疗后口腔溃疡疗效确切，操作简单方便，无明显不良反应、安全性好、值得临床广泛应用。

Clinical Efficacy of Recombinant Human Interleukin 11 for Mouth Ulcers Caused by Chemotherapy

Objective To observe the recombinant human interleukin 11 mouthwash oral chemotherapy-induced ul-cer clinical efficacy.Methods Gastrointestinal tumor after chemotherapy mouth ulcers 80 patients were randomly divid-ed into treatment group of 40 patients, recombinant human interleukin 11 was added diluted with normal saline, 4 times/day gargle treatment;control group of 40 cases of malignant tumors mouth ulcers caused by chemotherapy.With saline, 4 times/day gargle.Were compared patient outcomes.Results The topical use of recombinant human interleukin 11 gargle for the treatment of chemotherapy-induced oral ulcers have a significant effect, of which 24 cases were cured, 14 cases markedly effective rate of 95%;control group, 14 cases were cured, 10 cases markedly effective, efficient 60%.Two groups, the difference was statistically significant (χ2 =5.16, P<0.05).Conclusions The results indicate that the recombinant human interleukin-chemotherapy after oral ulcer 11 on precise, simple operation, no significant ad-verse reactions, safety, and worthy of wider application.
