摘    要:提出了一种间歇排出部分产水的循环模式的新型方法,来进行反渗透阻垢剂的性能评价,并以模拟浓水作为进料水,在不同操作条件下?对新研制的环保型阻垢剂TJ—1、TJ—2阻碳酸钙性能进行了评价并与美国清力公司的PTP2000作对比.试验表明此评价方法快速简单,TJ—1、TJ—2可达到与PTP2000相近的阻垢性能,并具有很大的价格优势。

Abstract:A novel method,intermittent recycle technique,is proposed and used to assess the per-formance of antiscalant in RO.The concentration simulated water was used as feed water.The performance of TJ-1,TJ-2developed by our lab and PTP2000on inhibition of CaCO 3 were as-sessed on different operation factor such as pH,press and dosage.The results show that intermit-tent recycle technique is a simple and fast method to assess the effects of antiscalant and the per-formance TJ-1and TJ-2is up to that of PTP2000,but they are much cheaper than PTP2000.
