摘    要:根据石油机械易磨损件的工况及各类形式磨损约占故障和失效 65%的统计分析结论 ,提出对石油机械零部件进行喷焊修复的一般原则 ,并列举了可具体实施喷焊修复的典型零部件应用领域。介绍了比较适用于石油机械零部件修复的氧 -乙炔火焰喷焊和等离子弧喷焊工艺特点及工具设备。给出了喷焊修复用典型铁基自熔性合金粉末的成分和性能。最后简述喷焊层机械加工的原则和 ψ12 7mmS315钻杆接头的修复工艺及现场使用情况

Abstract:The general criterion for reconditioning component parts on petroleum maachinery by spray welding is put forward, and the component parts that can be reconditioned by spray welding are enumerated. The technological characteristics and equipment for flame welding and plasma arc welding are introduced. The compositions and properties of the self fluxing ferrous alloy powder for the spray welding are analyzed. The technology for reconditioning 127mm S315 drill pipe joints by spray welding is illustrated.
