针灸推拿配合中药湿热敷治疗椎动脉型颈椎病45例临床研究

目的观察针灸推拿配合中药湿热敷治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法选取患椎动脉型颈椎病的患者90例分成治疗组和对照组,治疗组采用针灸推拿配合中药湿热敷治疗,对照组采用针灸推拿治疗。结果治疗组总有效率为93.33%,对照组总有效率为77.78%,治疗组疗效明显优于对照组(P0.05)。两组患者治疗后收缩期平均血流速度比较,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论中药湿热敷配合针灸推拿治疗椎动脉型颈椎病疗效明显优于单纯针灸推拿治疗。

Clinical Study on 45 Cases of Vertebral Artery Type of Cervical Spondylosis Treated with Acupuncture,Moxibustion, Massage and Chinese Herbal Compress

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy on 90 cases of vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis treated with acupuncture,moxibustion,massage and Chinese herbal compress.Methods Ninety cases of vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis were divided into a treatment group and a control group.In the treatment group,the combined therapy of acupuncture,moxibustion,massage and Chinese herbal compress was used.In the control group,the simple therapy of acupuncture,moxibustion and massage was adopted.Results The total effective rate was 93.33％ in the treatment group and was 77.78％ in the control group.The efficacy in the treatment group was apparently better than that in the control group （P ＜ 0.05）.The mean systolic blood flow velocity was different significantly in comparison of the two groups（P ＜0.05）.Conclusion Chinese herbal compress combined with acupuncture,moxibustion and massage achieve the apparent superior efficacy on vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis as compared with the simple therapy of acupuncture,moxibustion and massage.
