摘    要:针对现行换热设备选择水垢清洗时机的盲目性,进行了换热设备性能的量化分析和在线分析仪的研究,提出了换热器性能的量化分析方法,并采用了DSPIC30F601 1a单片机作为主要芯片,研制了在线分析仪,能够检测计算得出换热设备结垢之后换热性能下降百分比,以便用户及时清洗水垢,并可以对清洗水垢后的清洗效果进行检验.

Abstract:According to the blindness of cleaning scale of the existing heat-exchange equipment, putting forward a quantitative analysis method about heat exchanger performance, and a feasible online analyzer of the heat-exchange equipment' s heat transfer performance is designed. The DSPIC30F601 la single-chip microcomputer is used as the main chip, this instrument is used to detect and calculate the decline percentage of the heat-exchange equipment's heat exchange performance after scaling, so that the users can clean the scale timely, and this instrument is also used to check the effect of cleaning the scale.
