磷酸铝凝胶联合奥美拉唑治疗消化性溃疡的临床疗效观察

目的 探讨磷酸铝凝胶联合奥美拉唑治疗消化性溃疡的临床疗效。方法 选取本院收治的消化性溃疡患者122例作为研究对象，随机分为观察组和对照组，每组61例。患者入院后均控制食物摄入，按常规补充水分及血容量。对照组患者在常规处理的基础上，口服奥美拉唑肠溶胶囊连续服用4周为一个疗程，服用前嘱患者空腹。观察组在对照组的基础上，再联合给予磷酸铝凝胶口服，服用前应摇匀，持续服用4周。对两组患者临床疗效及药物不良反应发生情况进行比较。结果 观察组患者总有效率为96.72%，高于对照组的86.88%，差异有统计学意义（

Clinical Efficacy of Aluminum Phosphate Gel Combined with Omeprazole in the Treatment of Peptic Ulcer

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of aluminum phosphate gel combined with omeprazole in the treatment of peptic ulcer. Methods A total of 122 patients with peptic ulcer admitted to our hospital were enrolled in the study. They were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 61 cases in each group. The patient controls food intake after admission and replenishes water and blood volume as usual. On the basis of routine treatment, the patients in the control group received oral omeprazole enteric-coated capsules for 4 weeks as a course of treatment. The observation group was orally administered with an aluminum phosphate gel on the basis of the control group, and should be shaken before administration for 4 weeks. The clinical efficacy and adverse drug reactions of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.72%, which was higher than that of the control group 86.88%,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions was 9.84% in the observation group, which was lower than that in the control group 24.59%,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical efficacy of aluminum phosphate gel combined with omeprazole in the treatment of peptic ulcer is better, which can effectively promote the healing of ulcer wounds, reduce the pain of patients, and have fewer adverse drug reactions.
