摘    要:以大连湾牡蛎为实验材料.首先采用冰醋酸粗提法提取牡蛎蛋白,然后用葡聚糖凝胶(Sephadex-G100)进行柱层析分离,SDS—聚丙烯酰胺凝胶垂直板电泳分离蛋白,Kodak凝胶成像分析仪分析及测定分子量.结果显示大连湾牡蛎中含有分子量为55kd的牡蛎特征蛋门,同时分离出其它4种蛋白质,分子量介于33.0~63.4kd之间.

Abstract:Ostrea talienwhanensis crosse in Dalian Bay was taken as the experiment material. Protein was first extracted with acetic acid and was purified by Sephadex G-100 gel filtration chromatography, then the protein was separated by SDS-PAGE electrophoresis, and the molecular weight of the protein with Gel Image Station (Kodak) was determined. The results showed that oyster contained the protein of characterized of the oyster talienwhanenisis crosse 55kd and others 4 specie proteins whose molecular weight is between 33.0kd~63.4kd in ostrea talienwhanensis crosse.
