| 摘 要： | 作者对1例wegener’s肉芽肿病的尸体解剖基本病变进行了研究,结果显示除具有呼吸系统的肉芽肿病损、全身性血管炎及肾小球炎的典型病变外,肺弥漫性出血、肺泡隔坏死性毛细血管炎以及肝、肾等多个器官的坏死性血管炎及广泛组织纤维化较显著。

| Abstract: | The basic pathologic lesions of Wegener' s granulomatosis were studied in a case of systemic autopsy. The results showed that the granulomatosis of the respiratory tract, systemic vasculitis and glomerulonephritis presented typically. Especially, a profuse pulmonary hemorrhage and necrotizing capillaritis of the alveolar septa, necrotizing vasculitis and/or tissue fibrosis in the liver, kidney and other organs showed more outstanding and special in this case. |
