临床路径在乳突根治术患者健康教育中的应用分析

目的探讨乳突根治术患者实施健康教育的临床路径及其临床应用价值。方法选择56例患者实施临床路径健康教育，并与56例常规健康教育患者比较。统计两组患者住院时间和总的住院费用，两组患者对健康教育知识的知晓率以及患者对护理工作的满意度，并总结临床路径健康教育的经验。结果观察组住院时间明显短于对照组（P〈0．05），同时住院费用少于对照组（P〈0．01）。观察组患者对疾病知识、药物知识、术后功能锻炼以及注意事项的知晓率均高于对照组（P〈0．01），总体满意度高于对照组（P〈0．01）。结论对乳突根治术患者实施临床路径的健康教育能提高健康知识知晓率，节约患者住院费用，节省医疗资源，是提高患者护理满意度的一种方法。

Analysis of application of clinical pathway health education in patients underwent radical mastoidectomy

Objective To explore the clinical value of clinical pathway health education in patients underwent radical mastoidectomy.Methods 56 patients were given health education of clinical pathway and 56 cases were given conventional health education.Hospital stay,total hospitalization costs,awareness of health knowledge and satisfaction with nursing of the two groups of patients were analyzed and compared.Based on the results,experience of clinical pathway health education was summarized.Results Hospital stay was significantly shorter in the observation group than in the control group(P < 0.05),and the cost of hospitalization was also less than in the control group(P < 0.01).Knowledge of the disease,drugs,postoperative functional exercise and precautions were higher in the observation group than in the control group(P < 0.01),and overall satisfaction was also higher(P < 0.01).Conclusion Clinical pathway health education in patients underwent radical mastoidectomy can increase awareness of the health knowledge and save hospital costs and overall medical resources,and is also a good method for improving patient satisfaction with nursing care.
