摘    要:半导体激光器是目前应用最为广泛的光学器件之一,其运行质量与驱动电源的性能密切相关。结合相关研究设计了一种小功率高稳定半导体驱动电源,该电源以恒流源驱动芯片HY6340为核心,结合半导体致冷器、温度控制芯片、数字温度传感器、过流过压保护电路对半导体激光器进行可设定温度的恒温控制。分析了主电路和控制电路的工作原理,给出了测试结果,与传统电路相比,电源具有结构简单、性能优异、使用元件少、价格低廉等特点。

Abstract:Semiconductor laser is one of the optical elements most in use now,however its operation quality goes hand in hand than the power supply function.Considering some new achievements of relevant research,a new low power supply with the function of constant-current and high stabilization for semiconductor laser is designed.Using the control chip HY6340 of constant-current as nuclear part,with subminiature controller for thermoelectric coolers,thermo-electric cooler,digital temperature sensor,over-current and over-temperature protection circuit can make it working on the constant temperature which we want.The operation principle and control principle of the power is analyzed.Experimented results show the power supply has excellent performance,compared with the traditional products,the output current ripple can be decreased remarkable,the circuit relative simple and reliable.
