| 摘 要： | 目的 加速控制青海省麻疹发病率。方法 在全省部分地区开展麻疹疫苗(MV)初始强化免疫活动。结果 通过开展麻疹疫苗(MV)初始强化免疫活动，儿童麻疹血凝抑制抗体阳性率上升到100％，几何平均滴度(GMT)从1：1342．87增长到1：2514．46。结论 说明麻疹强化免疫效果明显，从而可有效控制我省麻疹发病率。

| Abstract: | Objective To speed up the control of the incidence of measles in Qinghai.Methods By carry out initiatory supplementary immunization activity of measles vaccines in part area of Qinghai.Result The positive rate of measles antibody in children reached to 100%.GMT form 1:1342.87 to 1:2514.16.Conclusion Initiatory supplementary immunization activity of measles vaccines showed siqaificant effects.The disquisition showed that the activity is effective in control incidence of measles. |
