摘    要:在社会经济发展、医疗改革不断深化和人事制度逐步变革的大背景下,有着各种经历和时代背景的各年龄阶段和学历层次的人员结构的医院,难免会有一些不够和谐的声音。作者结合医院人事信访中发现的问题,总结了现阶段医院人事信访的新特点,并多角度分析原因,寻求解决对策,为解决医院管理问题、建设和谐的医院文化提供了有益参考。

Abstract:Under the environment of social and economy development and the continuous deepening of health system reform and personnel management reform,hospital staffs,which have different background,different education and different age are easy arising some dispute.Based on the problems of personnel and petition letter,characters,causes and measures of petition letter in hospital were analyzed to help improving hospital management and building harmonious hospital culture.
