| 摘 要： | 为了解冻干甲型肝炎 (甲肝 )减毒活疫苗 (H2 株 )的安全性及免疫效果 ,2 0 0 0年 3月在广西蒙山县进行了人体免疫效果观察 ,结果报告如下。1 .材料与方法 :(1 )疫苗及使用方法 :冻干甲肝疫苗 (H2 株 )系浙江省医学科学院普康生物技术公司研制 ,批号G990 2 2 5 ,失效期2 0 0 0年 8月 2 5日 (2～ 8℃保存 ) ,滴度为 6.77logCCID50 ml。液体甲肝疫苗为同厂家生产 ,批号 991 2 0 1 ,- 2 0℃保存条件下失效期为 2 0 0 1年 1月 1 4日 ,2～ 8℃保存条件下为 2 0 0 0年6月 1 4日 ,滴度为 6 .50logCCID50 ml。冻干疫苗用无菌注射用水 1 .0ml… |
