全尾砂速凝固化充填采矿新工艺

摘    要:本文简要说明了金属矿山使用“全尾砂速凝固化充填材料”新型固化剂进行全尾砂胶结充填采矿的论据和工艺方法,分析了全尾砂充填方案的技术可行性,并对山东省招远金矿使用这种新型固化剂所进行的“全尾砂速凝固化采矿新工艺”的工业试验作了全面介绍。展示了该种方法广阔的应用前景。

Abstract:This Paper briefly explains the main point of the theoretical basis and technological method of whole sand cemented waste-fill mining with the new solidifying agent of "whole sand quick-setting filling materials", analyzes the feasibility of whole sand waste filling and comprehensively introduces the commercial tests of the new mining technology with whole sand quick-setting solidification. The commercial scale tests achieved the goal, obtained successful experiences and showed the advantages and vast vistas of this new technology.
