中药复方颈舒片对大鼠神经根型颈椎病模型感觉功能的影响

摘    要: 目的观察复方颈舒片对神经根型颈椎病大鼠模型感觉神经系统功能的影响。方法利用颈椎插线法建立大鼠神经根型颈椎病模型,测量该药物对机械痛阈和正中神经体感诱发电位(SEP)传导时间的影响。结果该药在造模后14d,可以提高大鼠患侧机械痛阈值,中剂量组疗效最明显;对造模后患侧SEP延长的病理改变,有很好的治疗作用,而且疗效发挥较快,造模后3d即有效果。结论复方颈舒片具有一定的改善痛觉敏感和明显的提高感觉神经传导性的作用。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To observe the effect of Fufang Jingshu tablet on the function of sensory nerve system in experimental cervical spondylotic radiculopathy model. METHODS The model of rats with cervical spondybotic radiculopathy was establis hed by inter vertebral canal nylon suture inserting method.The changes of mechanical withdrawal threshold and median nerve somatosensory evoked potential (SEP) conduction time were determined after the tablets were administrated intragastrically.RESULTS Suture inserting caused a long-lasting (at least up to 14 d) and highly reproducible mechanical hyperalgesia in ipsilateral hindpaws, and significant SEP conduction time was significantly prolonged in ipsilateral median nerve. After being administrated orally,mechanical withdrawal threshold was improved and SEP conduction time was also recovered in rats.CONCLUSION Fufang Jingshu tablet can improve the function of sensory nerve system in rat model.
