腈纶废水混凝试验及现象讨论

摘    要:根据干法制腈纶工艺废水的特点和废水中悬浮性胶体污染物的带电性质 ,选择出了较为合适的混凝剂———PAC和CPF -13 0。由试验知 ,腈纶工艺废水进行混凝 -沉降时 ,较佳的试验条件为 :pH值 =6.5~ 7.5 ;温度高于 60℃ ;PAC和CPF -13 0的使用剂量分别为 5 0~ 2 0 0mg/L和 0 .7mg/L以上。

Abstract:According to the characteristics of wastewater from dry Acrylon production and the electrified characteristics of suspension colloid pollutant,suitable coagulation agents, PAC and CPF-130,were selected. It was known from the test that the optimal test conditions for coagulant sedimentation of Acrylon wastewater are: pH value to be 6.5~7.5; temperature >60℃; and the doses of PAC and CPF-130 are 50~200mg/L and >0.7mg/L, respectively. In addition, the phenomena in the test was demonstrated in theory.
