摘    要:为有效指导跨路现浇箱梁施工管理,通过revit软件建立了现浇箱梁3D模型,对施工前支架搭设位置和施工机械线路进行了优化、校核了钢管柱设计长度、校核了设计图纸主材统计错误,较好处理了施工过程中“错、漏、碰、缺”等问题;结合BIM模型绘制进度管理曲线,指导现场施工进度和质量管理;根据现场施工支架沉降监测数据,绘制沉降监测曲线指导现场施工安全管理;总结工程实践经验,提出了BIM技术在跨路现浇梁施工管理中的实施框架。

Study on the Application of BIM in the Construction Management of Cross-Road Cast-in-place Beams
Abstract:In order to effectively guide the construction management of cross-road cast-in-place box girder, the 3D model of cast-in-place box girder is established by the Autodesk revit, the installation position of support and construction machinery line before construction are optimized, the design length of steel pipe column is checked, the statistical errors of main materials of design drawings are checked, and the problems of error, leakage, collision and deficiency in the process of construction are well dealt with, and the progress management curve is drawn with BIM model to guide the on-site construction progress and quality management. According to the settlement monitoring data of the on-site construction support, drawing the settlement monitoring curve to guide the site construction safety management; summarizing the engineering practice experience and putting forward the implementation framework of BIM technology in the construction management of cross-road cast-in-place beam.
