杂质浓度对超声波传播特性及流量测量精度影响的研究

摘    要:杂质颗粒引起超声波衰减,会影响超声波流量计测量精度。本文通过圆球的辐射声压公式的理论,分析杂质颗粒对超声波传播散射衰减的影响机理;通过建立两相流模型,分析管路中含杂质颗粒工况下,不同杂质浓度在流场中的分布规律,进而分析其对超声波传播特性和流量检测精度的影响;建立两相流测量实验方案,对比分析不同流量情况下由杂质浓度不同产生的超声波信号衰减和测量误差,验证数值计算方法的正确性。本文研究可以为超声波流量计在含杂质工况下检测精度的研究提供理论支撑,具有重要的应用价值。

Study on the influence of impurity concentration on ultrasonic propagation characteristics and flow measurement accuracy
Abstract:The ultrasonic attenuation caused by impurities will affect the measurement accuracy of ultrasonic flow meter. In this paper, through the theoretical analysis of the radiation sound pressure formula of the sphere, the influence mechanism of the impurity particles on the ultrasonic scattering attenuation is obtained; the two-phase flow model is established by mathematical method, and the distribution rule of different impurity concentration in the flow field under the condition of the largest impurity particles in the pipeline is analyzed, subsequently the influence on the ultrasonic propagation characteristics and flow detection accuracy is analyzed; the two-phase flow model is established. In the phase flow experiment platform, the ultrasonic signal attenuation and measurement error caused by impurity distribution under different flow rates are compared and analyzed to verify the correctness of the numerical calculation method. The research in this paper can provide theoretical reference for the research of the detection accuracy of ultrasonic flow meter under the actual application of water quality conditions, and has certain application value.
