| 摘 要： | 体细胞胎发生在植物组织培养中是一种非常普遍的现象,本文对近年来体细胞胚胎发生的研究进行了综述,介绍了体细胞胎的形态发生、植物激素对体细胞胚胎发生的影响,体细胞胚胎发生中的生理生化变化及其胚性基因表达。

Advance in Research on Plant Somatic Embryogenesis |

| Abstract: | Somatic embryogenesis is a very popular phenomenon in plant tissure culture. This article reviews the recent progress in plant somatic embryogenesis, including the morphologic characters and morphogenetic process of SE, the effects of phytohormones on formation of somatic embryo (SE), physiological and biochemical changes in somatic embryogenesis and the expression of genes related to somatic embryogenesis. |
