K4169高温合金凝固晶粒组织的计算机模拟

摘    要:采用热熔法处理结晶清热的二维不稳定热导方程模拟凝固温度场,利用连续形核模型和技晶尖端生长的动力学模型,即KGT模型模拟K4169高温合金晶粒组织的形成,将凝固温度场的模拟和晶粒组织形成的模拟相耦合,计算了该合金的凝固晶粒组织特征值,包括晶粒密度和平均晶粒尺寸,并在计算机上实现了凝固晶粒组织的可视化。与试验结果进行比较后表明,模拟结果与试验结果符合较好。

Abstract:The temperature field during solidification process was simulated by adopting 2D un stable heat transfer equation with an enthalpy formulation for latent heat. The solidified grain structure formation for K4169 superalloy was simulated by means of continuous nucleation model and kinetic model of dendrite tip growth (KGT model). Coupling temperature field simulation with grain structure formation simulation, the characteristic parameters of solidified grain structures of the superalloy, including grain density and average grain size, were calculated. And the visualization of solidified grain structure by the computer has been performed. The results showed that the simulated results coincided well with the experimental results.
