S-四嗪衍生物的合成及其生物活性初报

摘    要:利用2种路线合成了11种s-四嗪衍生物,并用熔点测定、IR、MS、1H NMR进行了确认,对未知化合物还进行了元素分析。对其中部分化合物进行了生物活性实验,发现有些化合物显示了较好的活性,同时发现烷基取代基的引入可以提高除草活性。

Abstract:Eleven derivatives of s-tetrazines were synthesized and characterized by m.p., IR , MS, 1H NMR and the elemental analysis. Seven among these compounds had been synthesized from hydrazine and nitrile in alcohol under refluxing by using S as catalysis. Four else had been synthesized from hydrazine and aldehyde without any catalysis. Some experiments were did on herbicide activity, and had found that activities of some compounds was good,especially 3,6-bis-benzyl-s-tetrazine.
