采煤工作面采空区自然发火综合防治技术

摘    要:为解决采煤工作面回采过程中采空区出现自然发火隐患,通过现场取煤样实验,确定煤自燃特性参数,并且确定以CO、C 2H 4气体为现场煤自燃标志性气体。分析了在高抽巷未及时垮落影响下的采空区煤自燃诱因及自燃征兆凸显过程,现场采用了以堵漏、降温、高抽巷降压控氧为主要手段的协同防控技术。对高抽巷内气样进行检测结果表明,回采工作面采空区的CO浓度得到了有效控制,确保了采煤工作面的安全回采。

Abstract:In order to solve the hidden danger of spontaneous combustion in goaf during the mining process of coal mining face,the characteristic parameters of coal spontaneous combustion were determined through the field coal sampling experiment,and the CO and C 2H 4 gas were determined as the sign gases of coal spontaneous combustion.This paper analyzed the inducement of spontaneous combustion of goaf coal under the influence of high-pressure drainage roadway failing to collapse in time,and adopted the coordinated prevention and control technology of leakage stoppage,cooling,pressure reduction and oxygen control of high-pressure extraction roadway as the main means.The results of gas sample detection in high extraction roadway showed that the CO concentration in goaf of working face has been effectively controlled,which ensured the safety of mining face.
