脊柱恶性原始神经外胚层瘤的临床研究

目的:对患有脊柱恶性原始神经外胚层瘤的患者的临床表现和治疗的效果进行分析。方法:选取8例患有脊柱恶性原始神经外胚层瘤的临床确诊患者,将其分为A、B两组,平均每组4例。A组患者采用手术治疗法进行治疗;B组患者在A组基础上再进行放疗、化疗治疗。对两组患者的平均存活率、平均出院时间进行比较分析,并总结其临床表现。结果:B组患者的平均存活时间,明显高于A组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);该组患者的平均住院治疗时间,明显短于A组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:充分了解患有脊柱恶性原始神经外胚层瘤的患者的临床表现,可以保证临床对该类患者进行更加准确的诊断,为进一步进行有效治疗争取更多的时间,临床采用手术加放疗、化疗的方法对该类患者进行治疗的效果非常明显,虽然患者会出现骨髓移植的放疗、化疗常见并发症,但是可以使患者的存活时间、生存治疗得到更好的保障,可以做为今后临床对该类患者进行治疗首选方法。

Malignant spinal primitive neuroectodermal tumor a clinical study

Objective To patients suffering from malignant spinal primitive neuroectodermal tumor in patients with clinical manifestations and therapeutic effect analysis.Methods For extracting over a period of time in our hospital,8 patients suffering from malignant spinal primitive neuroectodermal tumor clinical diagnosed patients case,which can be divided into A,B two group,average each of 4 cases.The A group were treated by operation treatment method treatment;group B patients in A the basis of further chemotherapy treatment.Two groups of patients with an average survival rate,average discharge time of comparative analysis,and summarize its clinical manifestations.Results We found in the B group,the mean survival time,signi？cantly higher than that of A group patients,and the statistical difference is obvious（P0.05）;the group of patients with the average hospitalization time,significantly shorter than in the A group,and the difference is obvious（P0.05）.Conclusion To fully understand the suffering from malignant spinal primitive neuroectodermal tumor of the clinical manifestations of patients,can guarantee the clinical of the patients were more accurate diagnosis,effective treatment for further more time,the clinical operation plus chemotherapy on the patients treatment effect is very obvious,although occurs in patients with bone marrow transplantation common complications of radiotherapy and chemotherapy,but can make the survival time of patients,survival of patients with better security,can do for future clinical of the patients preferred method.
