深圳宝安区2～6岁儿童水痘疫苗免疫成功率监测

目的监测2—6岁心童水痘疫苗的免疫成功率。方法随机抽取2-6岁年龄组儿童147人，按说明书要求每人注射国产水痘疫苗0．5ml，分别于免疫前和免疫后4周采血，以ELISA法检测IgG抗体。结果检测147人，免疫前4例IgG抗体阳性，占3．23％；免疫后56例IgG抗体阳性，占45．16％，IgG抗体阳转率43．33％。各年龄组之间差异无显著性（P〉0．05）；男女之间差异无显著性（P〉0．5）；各街道之间差异无显著性（P〉0．05）；两厂家疫苗之间差异无显著性（P〉0.05）。结论人群水痘疫苗免疫成功率不高，在评价影响免疫成功性因素的同时，也应对试验方法进行分析。

Monitoring of rate in successfully immunization with vericella vaccine in children under age of 2～6 years in Baoan District of Shenzhen City

Objective To monitor the rate of successful vaccination of varicella vaccine. Methods 147 children aged from 2 to 6 year old were chosen randomly, and every child was inoculated a shot of varicella vaccine made in China according to the instructions. I ml of venous blood was collected 4 weeks before and after the immunization and IgG antibody was detected by ELISA. Results Out of the 147 cases 23 were not qualified and 124 were qualified. IgG antibody was detected from 4 cases, accounted for 3.23% before immunization; After the immunizations seropositive IgG antibody was detected from 56 cases, occupied 45.16%.. The positive conversion rate of IgG antibody was 43.33%. There no significant differences were observed among various age groups, the townships and between the males and the females and between two production factorys (P >0.05). Conclusion Serological detection is not recommended after vaccination as there may be false seronegative results in the tests.
