| 摘 要： | 目的:评价伢典化学机械去龋法治疗乳牙龋齿的有效性和安全性。方法:门诊儿童龋病患者44例,随机分为伢典治疗组28例和传统车针组16例,分别采用伢典凝胶去龋和常规磨牙去龋,比较治疗所用的时间,病人感受,治疗效果。结果:伢典治疗组病人痛苦小、安全,但所用时间长于对照组。结论:伢典化学机械去龋法治疗儿童龋齿安全、有效、无痛。

Clinical study of Carisolv for the Removal of the Primary Dental Caries |

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of a new chemo-mechanical method for the removal of primary dental caries. Methods:44 childish patients with dental caries were randomly divided into two groups:Carisolv group had 28 cases,and control group had 16 cases.Carious lesion was removed with Carisolv or traditional drilling respectively.Patient"s perception,treatment time,efficacy between two groups are compared.Results:All patients in the Carisolv group found the treatment pain-free,safety,but the mean treatment time in this group was longer than conventional treatment. Conclusion:Carisolv chemomechanical caries removal method in dental caries in younger patients was safety,effecitive and painless. |
