国际私法双语教学的问题及其对策研究

双语教学是经济全球化和教育国际化对我国高等教育提出的新要求。国际私法实行双语教学,是培养复合型法律人才的需要。由于师资和考核机制的欠缺、教材的不相适应、学生的外语能力不高,国际私法的双语教学存在诸多问题。因此,有必要从师资、学生素质、双语教材、教学手段、教学模式等方面入手加以完善。

Countermeasures and Problems on Bilingual Teaching of Private International Law

Bilingual teaching is a new demand to our high education on the background of economy globalization and educational internationalization. To implement bilingual teaching method in the teaching of private international law is demand of training of the legal talents with interdisciplinary. Because of lack of teachers and examine mechanism, maladjustment of textbooks, low of student's English level, the bilingual teaching of private international law exists many problems. Therefore,it is necessary to perfect teachers, students' quality, bilingual textbooks, teaching means, teaching modes etc.
