皮肤感染分离菌对5种氟喹诺酮抗菌药物耐药性分析

摘    要:目的:了解5种氟喹诺酮抗菌药物对皮肤感染分离菌的耐药情况。方法:用ATB Expression系统鉴定细菌,用纸片扩散法检测其对抗生素的敏感性,比较5种氟喹诺酮抗菌药与临床常用抗生素的耐药性。结果:(1)氧氟沙星,司氟沙星,莫西沙星,左氧氟沙星,环丙沙星对皮肤感染分离的金黄色葡萄球菌,化脓性链球菌,人苍白杆菌,假单胞菌及大肠埃希菌耐药率均为0,而对凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌的耐药率分别为23.8%,23.8%,9.5%,14.3%,21.1%;(2)庆大霉素,万古霉素,头孢他啶对葡萄球菌亦未出现耐药,而红霉素,阿奇霉素及青霉素耐药率均较高。结论:5种氟喹诺酮是目前临床上抗菌活性较高的一种广谱抗菌药物。

Abstract:Objective To determine the resistance to 5 fluoroquinolones for isolates from skin infection.Methods The isolates were identified by ATB expression system and their susceptibility to antimicrobial agents was tested by Kirby Bauer.Results The rate of resistance to Ofloxacin,Sparfloxacin,Moxifloxacin,Levofloxacin,and Ciprofloxacin are all 0 in staphylococci aureus, Streptococci pyogenes,Ochrobactrum anthropi,Pseydomonase sp.and Escherichia coli,and 23.8% , 23.8% , 9.5% , 14.3% and 21.1% respectively in Staphylococci coagulase negative,The rate of resistance to Gentamycin,Vancomycin and Ceftazidime is all 0 in Staphylococci,while the rate of resistance to Erythromycin,Azithromycin and Penicillin is high in Staphylococci. Conclusion Five fluoroquinolones are still known as broad spectrum antimicrobial agents with high activity in clinical practice.
