| 摘 要： | 用动物实验方法观察了清络丸抗脑缺氧及抗炎作用。结果表明,清络丸对小鼠断头后张口喘气时间影响作用显著优于正常对照组。对分别由蛋清及组胺所致大鼠足跖肿胀影响的研究,可见清络丸能明显对抗由蛋清及组胺引起的炎症。结果显示,清络丸是一个在临床上有较大使用价值的抗脑缺氧及抗炎的药物。

| Abstract: | The effects of Qingluo "wan on cerebral anoxia and antunfiarnmation was studied in the animal experiment. It was observed that the difference be!ween the experimental group and control group was statistically significant (P < 0. 01) on the mouth-open breath time of head-cutting mice. The research showed that there were considerable antiinflarnmatory effects in the experimental group on the sole-swelling mice induced by fresh egg protein and histamine respectively. The results suggested that Qingluo wan was a clinically valuable preparation againut cerebral anoxia and inflammation. |
