| 摘 要： | 研究了心痛灵胶囊的制备工艺，并对环糊精包结前后混合挥发油进行了薄层检查。通过薄层及理化鉴别对心痛灵胶囊中主要组成成分作了定性检查，对其中主要有效成分冰片及阿魏酸进行了含量测定，并对胶囊进行了初步稳定性考察，结果表明：新工艺方法可行，与原工艺相比，质量稳定。

| Abstract: | The preparating procedure for Xintongling Capslues was studied. Also mixed-volatile oil before and after being included with cyclodextrin was analyzed by TLC.The main components in Xintongling Capsules were identificated by TLC,physical and chemical methods,and the main active components among them:borneol and ferulic acid were determined. Meantime,the preliminary stability investigation of capsules was carried out. The result indicated that the new procedure is available and the preparation quality with the new procedure is more stable than that with original one. |
