摘    要:文章针对某轻型载货车车架就测点布置、激励方式、试验频段和激振点的选择等方面,给出了模态试验的具体方法,通过模态数据的采集、处理和分析,得到了车架的频响函数稳态图、十阶自由模态的固有频率及振型,并对结果进行了分析;通过对模态试验分析与有限元动力特性分析结果的比较,发现两者具有高度的一致性,该轻型载货车车架结构设计合理,表明了有限元动力特性分析方法可以直接评价结构设计,预估在一定使用环境下车架结构可能出现的问题,是一种有效的分析方法.

Abstract:This paper gives a specific method of modal test concerning shock excitation method, fixed mode,stimulating method,choice of experimental frequency band and arrangement of measuring point, experimental theory and measurement to guarantee measures in precision. It gets the frequency response function stable chart, ten modal frequencies and modes of frame and the results are analysed. At the same time, the results between modal test and FEA dynamic characteristics are analysed and compared. It is found out that the two methods are in high consistency. It not only indicates the truck frame construction designs are reasonable, but also can be used for evaluating structural design directly. And it can be predicted some prossible problems may appear under certain usage conditions. Therefore it is an effective analytical method.
