煤沥青氧化热聚合工艺的研究

摘    要:采用空气氧化法对中温沥青进行了氧化热聚合处理,研究了氧化温度、氧化时间和空气用量对煤沥青软化点和结焦值的影响,发现煤沥青的氧化热聚合是匀速进行的,增加空气用量可以起到降低氧化温度和缩短氧化时间的效果。

Abstract:Coal tar- based medium pitches were thermally oxidized by means of air blowing. The effects of oxidation temperature, oxidation time and air quantity consumed on the softening point and coking value of coal- tar pitches were investigated. It has been found that the oxidative polymerization process is homogeneous and takes place at a constant rate. The increase in the consumed air volume help to decrease the oxidation temperature and shorten the oxidation time.
