| 摘 要： | 电子阅览室的建立，标志着高校图书馆的发展进入了一个崭新阶段。只有加强对电子阅览室的科学管理，充分发挥电子阅览室的多种功能(包括情报文献信息检索功能、因特网服务功能、多媒体教学功能、培训功能等)，才能促进图书馆事业积极适应社会发展的需要。

| Abstract: | The establishment of e- reference room represents that the development of university library has entered a total new stage. Only by strengthening the scientific management of e- reference room and giving full play to its various functions (including information retrieval function, Internet service function, multimedia instructional function, training function, etc.), can the library cause be promoted to fit in with the requirements of social development. |
