Introduction of PDCA Cycle Theory on Hospital Cultural Construction:Based on the Analysis of Cultural Construction in Wuhu Municipal Second People's Hospital

By taking Wuhu Municipal Second People＇s Hospital as the example, hospital cultural construction was stated with the features of historical inheritance, the openness, self adaptability and others, which provided theo- retical foundation for the introduction of PDCA cycle theory. Wuhu Municipal Second People＇s Hospital had achieved remarkable results in hospital cultural construction by using PDCA cycle theory, which was meaningful to hospital cultural construction.
