氨氯地平对家兔实验性动脉粥样硬化的防治作用

目的 探讨氨氯地平对动脉粥样硬化(AS)家兔模型的预防治疗作用。方法 动态观察各模型组血胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)水平，光镜、电镜观测各组动脉粥样硬化面积．结果 氨氯地平和硒维尔 VE可降低。FG、LDL水平．升高HDL水平．动脉粥样硬化斑块面积的测定以预防组最小．结论 氨氯地平对AS发生．发展的重要因素LDL、平滑肌细胞移行和增生、平滑肌细胞从收缩型向合成塑转化等均有抑制作用，特别是早期用药效果明显，提示了氨氯地平抑制AS形成和发展的部分机理。

The effects of Amlodipine on experimental inhibiting of atherosclerosis in rabbit model

Objective This study is to discuss prevention and treatment effect of amlodipine on the ra bbit model of atherosclerosis .Methods Serial measurement s of blood levels of cholesterol,triglycerides HDL,LDL of the rabbits were perf ormed through out this experiment.At the end ,the rabbits were killed and the pa thologic examination,which showed the atherosclerosis lesion areas were taken.Results The levels of TG and LDL were inhibited in amlodi pi ne prevention group and selenium+vitamine E treatment group.amlodipine can inhib it the level of cholesterol.Conclusions Amlodipine used a t the early stage can inhibit formation and development of atherosclerosis,
