圆弧面凹模刃口直边线切割加工工艺设计

摘    要:利用慢走丝线切割编程原理以及机床上下异形加工功能的特点,实例分析如何采用偏移计算、添加补偿点、上下异形(锥度加工)等加工原理进行圆弧凹模刃口直边的加工,从而获得均匀的圆弧冲孔刃口直边,大大提高凹模刃口的使用寿命,降低模具加工费用,缩短模具制造周期。
