肠易激综合征患者结肠粘膜扫描电镜观察

应用扫描电镜观察１０例肠易激综合征（ＩＢＳ）患者降结肠粘膜的超微结构并和２例正常者进行比较性研究，结果发现ＩＢＳ组结肠粘膜上皮细胞表面微绒毛有局灶性破坏，破坏区微绒毛排列不整齐，数量稀少或缺如，结肠腺数量明显增多，腺窝开口大。腺窝处见有大量粘液分泌物和数量显著增多的杯状细胞。作者认为，ＩＢＳ并非是消化迫功能性疾病，而是有结肠粘膜超微结构改变的器质性疾病

ULTRASTRUCTURAL STUDY OF COLON'S MUCOSA OF THE IRRITABLE BOWEL SYNDROME BY SCANNING ELECTRON MICROSCOPE

This study was to observe the ultrastructural alteration of descending colon's mucosa of patients with irritable bowel syndrome by scanning clectron microscope. 10 patients with irritable bowel syndrome, and 2 cases with normal subjects without irritable bowel syndrome were observed by scanning electron microscope in descending colon's mucosa.The results showed that in patients with the irritable bowel syndrome,the microcilia of colon,s mucosa were limited destructions.The microcilia of destroyed area of colon's mucosa were remarkably scattered and arranged not neatly,the number of colon's glands remarkably ineresed.The glandular opening was large; There was a large amount of sticky juice near the opening of the colon's gland.The number of goblet cells remarkably ineresed.The authors consider the irritable bowel svndrome as not a sort of gastrointcstinal functional disorder,and suggest that the irritable bowel svndrome be gastrointestinal organie disease with the alterations of scanning electron microscope in colon's mucosa.
