摘 要: | 针对云南某含钨硫精矿进行了综合回收钨的选矿试验,磁选脱硫试验可以有效脱除产率达44.02%的磁黄铁矿,获得硫品位36.68%,硫回收率58.89%的硫精矿及WO_3品位2.27%,WO_3回收率98.27%的非磁性产品。非磁性产品经浮选抑硫选钨后可获得WO_3品位10.31%,WO_3回收率72.86%的钨粗精矿。钨粗精矿经加温精选后可以获得WO_3品位63.17%,WO_3回收率62.82%的钨精矿。试验结果表明,采用"磁选脱硫—抑硫选钨—加温精选"工艺可以综合回收给矿中的钨。

Abstract: | Experiments to comprehensively recover tungsten were conducted in view of the properties of sulfur concentrate which contained tungsten. Magnetic separation of desulphurization could efficiently remove 44.02% of the pyrrhotite, producing a sulfur concentrate with sulfur grade and recovery of 36.68% and 58.89%, respectively, and a non-magnetic product with tungsten trioxide grade and recovery of 2.27% and 98.27%, respectively. Suppression of sulfur and flotation of tungsten obtained a rough tungsten concentrate with tungsten trioxide grade and recovery of 10.31% and 72.86%, respectively. After heating and concentration, the rough tungsten concentrate yielded a tungsten concentrate with tungsten trioxide grade and recovery of 63.17% and 62.82%, respectively. Results suggested that by adopting the technological process of Magnetic separation of desulphurization- Suppression of sulfur and flotation of tungsten- Heating and concentration, tungsten could be effectively recovered. |
