摘    要:铁路10 kV配电所及其馈出的电力贯通线作为重要的铁路电力设施,为铁路沿线各供电设备提供电源,近年来各铁路集团供电部门正在不断地对年久失修的配电所及电力贯通线路进行更新改造。在进行某铁路集团普速铁路小容量10 kV配电所改造设计中,调查发现该所无功补偿装置多年未投入运行,针对配电所功率因数普遍偏高的问题,调查了该铁路集团近年来改造配电所及其馈出线路的现状,阐述了电力电缆的特点,给出了测量配电所功率因数的方法,其次理论分析了电缆容性充电功率对配电所功率因数的影响,最后通过Matlab Simulink模块进行了供电系统的模型搭建,仿真了轻载、中载、重载情况下不同电缆线路使用数量时功率因数的数值。仿真试验结果表明,大面积使用电缆线路是造成配电所功率因数偏高的主要原因,为设计人员在设计类似配电所改造项目时提供了理论支持。

Abstract:As an important power facility for railway,10 kV power distribution station and its fed power connection line provide power for each power supply equipment along the railway.In recent years,the power supply departments of various railway groups are continuously carryout out renovation of the substation and power connection in disrepair.During the reconstruction design of small capacity 10 kV distribution substation of certain railway group,it is found by the investigation that the reactive power compensation device of the substation has not been put into operation for many years.In view of the problem that the power factor of the distribution substation is generally high,the situation of the transformation of the distribution substation and its feeder lines in recent years is investigated,the characteristics of the power cable are described and the method to measure the power factor of the distribution substation is given.Then,the influence of capacitive charging power of cable on the power factor of distribution substation is analyzed theoretically.Finally,the power supply system model is set up by Matlab Simulink module and the power factor values of different application number of cables at light load,medium load and heavy load are simulated.It is shown by the simulation test result that the massive use of cable is the main reason of high-power factor of distribution substation,which provides theoretical support for designers in designing similar transformation projects of distribution substations.
