电网稳定运行中负荷开关批量控制技术研究

摘    要:负荷开关批量控制技术可实现批量控制负荷序列的维护管理、智能选线、快速并发控制及操作统计等功能,利用现有的遥控点表信息及数据传输通道实现对变电站断路器远方操作控制,并向省调系统传送实时可切负荷及控制结果数据。在电网稳定运行中变电站施行无人值班和强直弱交大受端电网严重故障时,负荷开关批量控制技术可以通过并行的方式批量控制电网负荷,并提供控制过程的可视化和交互操作,大大缩短故障处理时间。负荷开关批量控制技术对提升电网重、特大事故快速反应能力和保障电网稳定运行具有良好的实用意义。

Abstract:The batch control technology of load switch can be used to realize the functions of maintenance and management of batch control load sequence, intelligent line selection, fast concurrent control and operation statistics etc. The existing remote control point table information and data transmission channel can be used to realize the remote operation control of substation circuit breaker, and the real-time load shedding and control data can be transmitted to the provincial dispatching system. In the stable operation of the power grid, when the substation is unattended and the receiving end of the power grid is in serious fault, the load switch batch control technology can be used to control the power grid load in a parallel way, and realize the visualization and interactive operation of the control process, greatly reducing the fault disposal time. Load switch batch control technology has good practical significance for improving the rapid response ability of power grid in dealing with serious and extraordinary accidents and ensuring the stable operation of power grid.
