不同护理预防方法对前列腺电切术后血栓事件的影响

目的探讨不同护理预防方法对前列腺电切术后血栓事件的影响。方法以2015年2月至2016年3月我院收治的600例行前列腺电切术患者为研究对象,随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组各300例,2组分别实施常规护理干预及综合性护理干预措施,观察两组凝血功能[活化部分凝血活酶时间(a PTT)、纤维蛋白原(Fbg)、凝血酶原时间(PT)]、血栓事件发生率及术后生活质量[排尿症状对生活质量影响(QOL)评分]。结果护理干预后研究组凝血功能正常,而对照组呈高凝状态,护理干预后研究组血栓事件发生率5.00%较对照组16.67%显著低(P0.05)。结论综合性护理干预措施可明显缩短前列腺电切术后患者康复相关时间,有效调节机体凝血功能,降低术后血栓事件发生率的同时提高患者预后生活质量。

Effect of Different Nursing Methods on Thrombosis after Transurethral Resection of Prostate

Objective To investigate the effect of different nursing methods on thrombosis after transurethral resection of prostate .Methods A total of 600 patients undergoing transurethral resection of prostate in our hospital during February 2015 to March 2016 were selected as study subjects and were randomly divided into control group and study group by random number table method , 300 cases in each group .The two groups were given routine nursing intervention and comprehensive nursing intervention , respectively.The coagulation function[activated partial thromboplastin time(aPTT),prothrombin time(PT), fibrinogen(Fbg)],the incidence of thrombosis and postoperative quality of life [effect of voiding symptoms on quality of life ( QOL) score ] in the two groups were observed .Results The team normal coagulation function after nursing intervention , while the control group in high coagulation state .After nursing intervention , the incidence of thrombotic events was significantly lower in the study group than the control group ( 5.00% vs 16.67%) ( P <0.05 ) .Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively regulate the coagulation function ,reduce the incidence of postoperative thrombotic events and improve the quality of life of patients .
