早期康复护理对急性脑梗死患者深静脉血栓形成的影响

目的研究早期康复护理对急性脑梗死患者急性深静脉血栓形成(DVT)的影响。方法选取我院2013年12月至2015年12月急性脑梗死患者94例,抽签随机分为干预组和对照组两组,每组47例,对照组患者常规护理,观察组患者在对照组患者护理基础上实施早期康复护理。比较两组患者护理干预后第10天DVT发生率,活化部分凝血酶原时间(a PTT)、凝血酶原时间(PT)、纤维蛋白原(Fbg)等凝血指标的变化,比较两组患者护理干预前后日常生活能力评分。结果干预组患者在护理干预后第10天DVT发生率为2.13%较对照组14.89%显著较低(P0.05);干预组患者a PTT、PT上调、Fbg减低等);干预组日常生活能力评分较对照组显著较高(P0.05)。结论给予急性脑梗死患者早期康复护理能有效减少DVT发生率,患者凝血指标得到改善。

The Effect of Early Rehabilitation Nursing on acute deep Venous Thrombosis in Patients with Acute Cerebral Infarction

Objective To study the effect of early rehabilitation nursing on acute deep venous thrombosis ( DVT ) in patients with acute cerebral infarction .Methods From December 2013 to December 2015 ,94 patients with acute cerebral infarction in our hospital were randomly divided into intervention group and control group , 47 cases in each group .Patients in the control group were given routine nursing while patients in the observation group were given early rehabilitation nursing .The incidence rate of DVT on the 10th day after nursing intervention , changes of , activated partial thromboplastin time ( aPTT )、prothrombin time (PT)and fibrinogen(Fbg)indexes and activities of daily living score were compared between the two groups before and after nursing intervention .Results The incidence rate of DVT in the intervention group on the 10th day after nursing intervention ( 2.13%) was significantly lower than that in control group ( 14.89%) ( P <0.05);The intervention group,aPTT、PT higher than control group and Fbg decrease .The activities of daily living score in the intervention group were significantly higher than those in control group ( P <0.05 ) . Conclusion The application of early rehabilitation nursing in patients with acute cerebral infarction can effectively reduce the incidence of DVT and improve blood coagulation indexes .
