高重复率LD泵浦电光调Q全固态1064nm激光器的实验研究

摘    要:立足激光器小型化和产品化考虑,研制了一台高重复率电光调Q全固态1 064 nm激光器.以连续LD端面泵浦Nd:YAG,在输入电流为24 A(此时的泵浦功率约为17 W)、重复率为1 kHz时,获得了0.278 W的1 064 nm的激光输出,单脉冲能量为0.28 mJ,脉宽16 ns.

Abstract:Grounding on the purpose of industrialization and miniaturization of laser,invented a high frequency e-o q-switched all solid state green laser.Using cw LD to pump Nd:YAG and when the input power is 17 W and the frequency is 1 KHz,we gained radiation at 1 064 nm,in which average output power is 0.278 W,single pulse power is 0.28 mJ.
