| 摘 要： | 分析屏蔽泵的主要故障模式,对现场数据进行适当处理,得到适于可靠性分析的故障数据.对故障数据进行经验可靠性分析、指数分布拟合、威布尔分布拟合及对数正态分布拟合,检验、比较拟合结果,得出威布尔分布是描述屏蔽泵电机绕组绝缘低故障的最佳分布,给出屏蔽泵的维修管理建议.

| Abstract: | The main fault mode of canned motor pump was investigated.The actual censored data was processed to get the fault data adapt to reliability analysis.The fault data was processed by methods of empirical reliability analysis,exponential distribution fitting,Weibull distribution fitting and lognormal distribution fitting.The fitting results were checked and compared,showing that Weibull distribution is the best fitting for failure distribution of low insulation of canned motor pump motor windings,and a practic... |
